What You'll Do:
- Lead district stores to achieve sales and profit goals through effective planning and execution.

Essential Job Duties:
- Monitor sales and expenses, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Recruit, train, and manage store managers to ensure staffing and succession.
- Conduct regular store inspections and competitor visits.
Work Environment:
- Travel between stores, sometimes several hundred miles per week.
- Risk of injury from improper procedures while assisting customers.
