What You'll Do:

- Recruit, train, and manage store managers to ensure staffing and succession.
- Conduct regular store inspections and competitor visits.
Work Environment:
- Travel between stores, sometimes several hundred miles per week.
- Risk of injury from improper procedures while assisting customers.
