About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to join a growing MSP supporting diverse SMBs.
- You will solve complex infrastructure challenges, lead technical projects, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 7-10 years' MSP experience with strong Microsoft 365 and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary escalation point for L1/L2 engineers and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, networking.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects including M365 migrations, Intune deployments, and disaster recovery.
- Build and maintain technical documentation and foster strong client relationships.
