You manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, ensuring groundbreaking technologies reach customers and distributors worldwide with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Process inbound purchase orders in ERP (Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce), validate accuracy, and manage modifications and cancellations.
Initiate and track RMA requests, coordinate with 3PLs and logistics partners, and keep customers informed.
Enter and maintain customer master data, support new customer onboarding, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in order management and customer service.
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems such as Oracle or Salesforce.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
