Customer Issue Management & Resolution:

  • Analyze customer orders and non-routine requests, interpret business requirements, and translate into SAP processes.
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, manage non-routine issues, and determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Identify and monitor shipping holds, account discrepancies, and service risks, taking corrective action within authority.

Order & Account Oversight:

  • Develop customer quotations with accurate pricing and terms.
  • Review purchase orders for compliance, resolve discrepancies, and authorize SAP entry.
  • Analyze consignment inventory trends and demand forecasts to develop replenishment recommendations.

Policy Interpretation & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Interpret and apply company policies to unique customer situations and recommend policy changes.
  • Partner with Production, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Compliance to address critical customer requirements.
  • Be the voice of the customer in internal discussions, balancing needs with operational and financial objectives.
