Key Responsibilities:
- Revise orders as needed due to delivery date changes, requirement changes, or inventory availability.
- Follow up with vendors on shipping date estimation and communicate with internal teams.
- Provide weekly order updates and ensure orders are on time and routed per customer requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in order management, purchasing, finance, or sales operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred; experience in Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite preferred.
- Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills required.
