Key Responsibilities:

  • Revise orders as needed due to delivery date changes, requirement changes, or inventory availability.
  • Follow up with vendors on shipping date estimation and communicate with internal teams.
  • Provide weekly order updates and ensure orders are on time and routed per customer requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in order management, purchasing, finance, or sales operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred; experience in Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite preferred.
  • Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills required.
