**About the Role:**
- Own a portfolio of high-impact transformation projects from scoping to delivery.
- Act as the connective tissue between project managers, business owners, and sponsors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and run governance (steering committees, executive updates) for timely decision-making.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and dependencies across the portfolio.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
- 6-10 years in program/project management, ideally in operations, supply chain, or consulting.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills; PMP/Prince2/Agile a plus.
