Responsibilities:
- Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
- Build rapport and enhance relationships with existing clients via frequent communication.
- Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing a client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, or private bank customers.
- Prior work in trading platforms or exchanges, and sales/client services in international finance.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in French and English.
