Own the operating model for one of Rula’s core B2B business units, which sits within Revenue Operations.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to move a promising B2B motion from “growth” to “scale”.
Build and own GTM plans (targets, quotas, territories, coverage models, or RoE) for SMB and Mid-Market sales teams.
Translate trade-offs to non-technical audiences using excellent written and verbal communication.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to land GTM decisions.
