Arrears Executive (Late Arrears)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of arrears accounts, ensuring fair treatment and regulatory compliance (FCA MCOB and CONC).
• Make outbound and inbound customer contact to understand payment difficulties and identify appropriate forbearance options.
• Complete Income and Expenditure assessments and negotiate repayment plans with customers and third parties.
• Maintain competence through ongoing training and adhere to TCF principles.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in financial services, specifically in arrears within a regulated lending environment.
• Strong knowledge of motor and mortgage arrears, including repossessions and litigation.
• Understanding of FCA rules, CCA, GDPR, and complaint handling procedures.
