Collections Associate

Responsibilities:

• Review delinquent accounts and contact members to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection activities.
• Perform skip tracing and issue required notices within timelines.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
