Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement

About the Role:

• The Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement defines and leads enterprise sourcing strategies that strengthen supply chain resiliency and drive sustainable growth.
• You will be accountable for large spend portfolios, delivering cost savings and value creation while managing total cost of ownership.
• This role requires building and mentoring a high-performing team in a high-growth, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category and multi-year strategies aligned to growth, margin targets, and sustainability goals.
• Oversee procurement operations including PO lifecycle, spend control, and compliance with negotiated agreements.
• Lead long-range planning for critical materials and suppliers, integrating with demand and supply planning processes.
