Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about hazardous waste disposal, spill response, and SDS interpretation.
- Assist with transportation logistics and global incident response based on your training level.
- Deliver exceptional service with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1+ year of experience or familiarity with hazardous waste, spill response, or environmental safety.
- High school diploma or GED and computer proficiency.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
Training & Schedule Details:
- Structured training program (approx. 6 months) with Monday-Friday hours.
- Post-training monthly rotation with varied shifts to support work-life balance.
- Remote role with fixed working hours for team coverage.
