- Work with the Product Excellence team on strategic platform capabilities at ServiceNow.
- Support the AI Core Platform, ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and upgradable products.
Role:
- Ensure top customers succeed with Process Mining and core AI Core Platform capabilities.
- Act as liaison between Product Management and customers, focusing on product and roadmap feedback.
- Monitor customer health, deliver programs, and mitigate renewal risks.
You will:
- Develop deep understanding of customer use cases and success outcomes.
- Build referenceable customers and collaborate with sales and partners.
- Drive adoption of new capabilities and value realization.
