A growing fractional controller and CFO services company is seeking a Part-Time Executive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and client support. The company delivers bookkeeping, accounting, and CFO services for businesses ranging from $5M–$15M in revenue, with 25–50 employees. The EA will support the founder by managing day-to-day tasks such as client communication, scheduling, and administrative follow-ups, ensuring smooth operations as the business scales. Key responsibilities include Calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zones (EST-based), Email management and client correspondence on behalf of the founder, Coordination and follow-up with clients to ensure smooth communication, assist with administrative tasks related to financial operations, support with Microsoft 365 tools and light QuickBooks tasks.
