Responsibilities:
- Maintain Workday data integrity and manage global time-off analytics.
- Synchronize legacy award data with payroll and support compliance audits.

What You Bring:
- Prior experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or a similar HR generalist role.
- Working knowledge of employee benefits plans and FMLA compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
