Primary Responsibilities:

Recruit skilled technicians, inspectors, installers, fitters, foremen, designers, estimators, project managers, and service professionals.
Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-demand technical positions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within skilled trades, industrial services, or construction.
Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-find field technicians and trade professionals.
