Position Overview:
- CARIAN is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across power and utilities programs.
- This is a hands-on, production-oriented recruiting role focused on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates for technical and professional roles.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to identify and engage talent.
- Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining quality and candidate communication.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, utilities, or technical roles preferred.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
