Partner directly with operations and program leaders to define what “good” looks like, then source, pitch, and close top-tier talent.
Use data-driven strategies to track pipeline performance, improve processes, and close offers with strong negotiators.

Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates, keeping open communication with stakeholders.
Speak production fluently—understand takt times, cycle times, and yield to pitch opportunities credibly.
Be a trusted partner, not an order-taker, by building trust with operations leaders and influencing talent strategy.
