Senior Recruiter, Water & Transportation - A/E/C Industry

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, including conducting intake meetings with hiring managers and drafting job descriptions with compensation insights.
• Proactively source and recruit top-tier technical talent, screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate as necessary, and ensure accurate tracking in ATS while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
