Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a clinical expert for targeted da Vinci procedures and manage training and education within the installed base.
  • Prospect for new system installations and upgrades, while collaborating with Capital, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to implement new strategies.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in life science, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 8 years of sales experience including 5 in medical device sales.
  • Minimum 2 years as a Clinical Sales Representative, with proven experience in coaching, training, and leading a sales team in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to travel up to 50%, and fluency in English and German.

  • The position is subject to U.S. Export Administration Regulations, which may require obtaining an export license or implementing a Technology Control Plan.
  • Final job offer is contingent on approval of such license or plan, with the start date potentially adjusted based on the approval process.
