Role Expectations:
- Assist with administration of Zscaler Products & features in the demo environment.
- Administer 3rd party applications in the demo environment.
- Provide support for various demo and lab environments via email and enterprise messaging, escalating when necessary.

- Adapt to what’s needed, navigating between strategy and execution.
- Build deep empathy for the customer—both internal and external.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
