About the Role:
- Administer the lifecycle of a logical network inventory platform, including configuration, production support, and integrations.
- Work closely with network engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to maintain an accurate and dependable inventory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with software vendors on roadmaps, upgrades, and defects, ensuring changes are effectively planned and communicated.
- Perform SQL-based analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and controlled data remediation to protect inventory integrity.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, investigate root causes, and resolve application, data, and integration issues.
