What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day employment law advisory support for Canada and other international markets.
- Manage employment standards complaints, human rights complaints, and demand letters.
- Partner with the People & Culture team on workplace investigations and terminations.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 3+ years of employment law experience with Canadian focus.
- Called to the bar in at least one Canadian province.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment and human rights legislation.
