About the Role:
- We are seeking a Workforce Sales Lead to join our Growth team as our first hire dedicated to state government.
- You will convert momentum with state agencies into signed contracts and create a repeatable sales motion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the state government pipeline from first contact through signed contract.
- Run full-cycle sales including discovery, procurement, and closing deals.
- Build trusted relationships across buyer organizations and collaborate with internal teams.
Who You Are:
- You have deep knowledge of the state workforce ecosystem and a relevant network.
- You are comfortable with long sales cycles and have strong consultative instincts.
- You drive your own process and communicate clearly.
