Role:
- Actively make outbound calls to provided leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule school visits.
- Complete daily appointment setting and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong vocabulary.
- Discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
- Stable internet, functional headset, and quiet workspace.
Compensation:
- Base pay of $800/month plus $100 per sale generated.
- Performance bonuses with OTE of $1,200–$1,500/month.
- Full-time with paid breaks and consistent schedule.
Location:
- Fully remote from Colombia.
- Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM (36 hours/week).
