Manager, Solutions Consulting Readiness

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full product lifecycle of Appian's internal DemoHub application, including roadmap prioritization, requirements definition, release quality, and adoption measurement across the global Solutions Consulting organization.
• Manage and curate the reusable demo asset library, ensuring every artifact meets rigorous standards for quality, clarity, polish, and field readiness while maintaining relevance to current market demands.
• Lead the creation and management of Storylane interactive demos and clickable demo experiences, partnering with Product Marketing to translate product releases into compelling customer-facing narratives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical product management, or sales engineering roles within enterprise software.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Appian application design, including SAIL, process models, data modeling, integrations, security frameworks, and deployment patterns.
