Implementation Manager

Role Overview:

• You will receive trial setup requests from CSMs and translate requirements into system configurations.
• You will perform manual data entry across trial, country, site, and payment configurations.
• You will use AI-assisted tools to streamline parts of the setup process while verifying accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Receive new trial setup requests from CSMs, typically structured as tickets.
• Translate trial requirements into accurate, fully configured system setups in Mural Link.
• Perform detailed manual data entry across trial, country, site, and payment/reimbursement configurations.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to double-check your own work.
• Genuine comfort with manual, repetitive data entry.
• Ability to follow structured requirements and translate them into system setup.

Growth Path:

• This role is expected to evolve as the platform automates more of the trial setup process.
• Over time, the role will shift from manual configuration to reviewing automated setups and handling exceptions.
• There is no committed timeline, but the role will grow with the platform.
