What You'll Deliver:
- Own the global Go-To-Market strategy for Visier's Workforce Planning solutions, driving pipeline, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Solutions to align with market demand.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience leading Workforce Planning, management consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling a software/services business for large enterprises.
- Strong point of view on modern Strategic Workforce Planning practices and talent analytics.
