About the Role:
- This role reports to the Co-Founder and Head of Ops and works cross-functionally with Care, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
- You will build and manage forecasting models, planning systems, and operational processes to scale care delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Own workforce capacity modeling based on user growth, enrollment trends, and care delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with Care leadership to define productivity, caseload distribution, and resourcing strategy.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to anticipate staffing needs and proactively plan.
Who You Are:
- You have 5-10+ years in operations, strategy, workforce planning, or capacity management.
- You are deeply analytical and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
- You have a systems mindset and strong project management skills in a startup environment.
