Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the GTM operating model, including organizational structure, coverage models, and workforce planning strategies.
- Lead annual GTM planning processes, including investment prioritization, scenario planning, and strategic resource allocation.
- Establish governance frameworks, executive cadences, and business review processes to support effective decision-making.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, RevOps, consulting, or GTM planning roles.
- 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to influence and advise executive or VP-level stakeholders without direct authority.
