About the Role:
- Balance project management and workflow design across concurrent implementations.
- Translate findings into agent configuration and routing rules.
What You'll Do:
- Own implementations end to end, managing stakeholders and phase gates.
- Map workflows on site and diagnose failures using data.
- Run kickoff, UAT, training, and post-go-live reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in program management, implementation, or business analysis.
- Proven track record with concurrent projects and customer-facing experience.
- Structured problem solving and comfort with ambiguity; travel required.
