Forward Deploy Engineer

About the Role:

• This role sits at the intersection of technical architecture and commerce, requiring deep technical skills and commercial acumen.
• You will partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored, code-level product demonstrations.
• You will act as the bridge between customers, sales, and engineering, responding to technical queries throughout the sales process.

Your Contribution:

• Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments based on each client's specific tech stack and use cases.
• Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections to accelerate prospect technical evaluation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback on API design and developer experience to influence product roadmap decisions.

Skills You Need:

• Advanced English & Spanish, with 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical role within payments or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API testing tools, plus working knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Understanding of payment industry protocols and security standards, with proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
