Inside Sales Representative

**About the Role:**

• Deliver best-in-class consultations to prospective clients, becoming an expert in debt relief solutions.
• Navigate sensitive conversations with calm and empathy, supporting consumers toward financial stability.

**Responsibilities:**

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief programs, documenting interactions in Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year, meeting performance criteria and adapting to schedule changes.

**Qualifications:**

• 2+ years in client-facing roles or an associate's degree, with sales experience a plus.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and reliability; remote work experience preferred.

**Compensation & Culture:**

• Base salary of $31,200 with uncapped commissions, averaging $85,000 in the first year; top 20% earn up to $130K.
