Responsibilities:

• Build and structure a new team from scratch.
• Define and pilot the technical direction for the redesign and modernization of the ShareGate platform.
• Supervise the entire software development cycle.

Qualifications:

• 3 years or more as a software development manager, with solid experience as a developer.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in leading modernization initiatives.
