Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

Position Summary:

• You will deliver full lifecycle recruiting to attract top talent for Nordic Naturals.
• You will consult with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create a recruitment strategy.
• You will manage the recruitment process from posting to interviewing.

Essential Functions:

• Partner with hiring managers through the intake meeting and recruitment process using data-driven insights.
• Source, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews, enhancing the hiring manager experience.
• Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences from application to on-boarding.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
• Knowledge of California state employment laws.
