- Draft phone interview templates and use judgment to match candidates to roles based on assessments.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and drive for candidate acceptance.
- Maintain service excellence by adhering to compliance standards and providing regular reporting on recruiting metrics.
