Key Accountabilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and medical practices to introduce relevant products or services.
Generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into new business through structured phone sales conversations.
Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet or exceed call-volume and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or business development.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive phone manner.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
