What You'll Do:
- You lead with care and notice details that make people feel supported before, during, and after events.
- You coordinate offsites, virtual events, and everyday teammate touchpoints with thoughtfulness.
- You step in to solve problems and keep things moving with a warm, reliable approach.
What You Bring To The Team:
- 3+ years supporting employee experience, events, or hospitality.
- Ability to travel up to 60% and manage multiple priorities with a high bar for detail.
- A creative mindset and customer service orientation, comfortable using AI tools.
