- This role acts as the virtual front desk, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing referrals.
- You will support patients not in ongoing care navigation and identify those needing additional support.

- Serve as the first point of contact, guiding patients through intake and scheduling.
- Process referrals and medical records accurately with HIPAA compliance.
