Principal Presales Product Specialist

About the job:

• This position is needed to architect and validate Twilio’s most complex, multi-product opportunities by translating Twilio’s portfolio into secure, scalable, and executive-ready architectures.
• You will operate as the regional technical authority for your specialty, partnering tightly with Generalist Solutions Engineers and Account Executives.
• You’ll serve as a key bridge between GTM and R&D, codifying repeatable architecture patterns and influencing roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and validate end-to-end, multi-product solutions that fit into customer ecosystems—often across multiple teams, regions, and lines of business.
• Lead technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation strategy to remove architectural risk and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Build and deliver exec/architect-ready presentations that communicate tradeoffs, implementation path, and long-term platform vision.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and win complex, multi-stakeholder solutions cycles from discovery to proposal support.
• 7+ years progressive presales experience, including complex solution architecture.
• 4+ years depth in at least one trust-related domain such as identity verification, authentication, security, fraud/abuse, or compliance.
