Role Overview:

  • Nuclearn is hiring its first Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to build the RevOps function from scratch.
  • You will own HubSpot as the single source of truth and build forecasting, reporting, and process.

What You'll Own:

  • Systems and data integrity: Own HubSpot data model, fields, automation, and integrations.
  • Forecasting and pipeline analytics: Build the forecasting model and pipeline reporting.
  • Revenue reporting and metrics: Define and report ARR, net revenue retention, win rates.

About You:

  • 5+ years in RevOps or sales ops at a B2B software company with deep HubSpot expertise.
  • You think in systems, build processes, and translate between Sales and Finance.
  • You are AI-fluent and comfortable with candor.
