What You'll Own:
- Workday implementation, serving as the HR brain behind the rollout.
- Map core HR workflows, automating tasks using AI and Workday-native tooling.
- Ensure the HR framework is consistently followed by educating managers and HRBPs.
What We're Looking For:
- 8–12 years in HR ops or HR tech, with at least 3 years at director or VP level leading a team.
- Real experience deploying AI tools inside an HR function.
- Hands-on Workday HCM ownership, shaping module design and driving adoption.
