- Drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and priorities of the People technology ecosystem.
- Own the portfolio across owned, co-administered, and integrated tools.
- Identify, source, and evaluate new technology solutions that scale with the business.
AI Exploration and Agent Development:
- Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for priority use cases across the employee lifecycle.
- Set standards for how People system agents are built, tested, and maintained.
- Stay at the forefront of AI tooling and innovation to continuously push what's possible for People systems.
Systems Governance & Integrity:
- Own the configuration, performance, and integrity of Webflow's People technology systems.
- Ensure systems, data flows, integrations, and access controls across the full ecosystem are governed and trusted.
- Maintain compliance with global privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
