What You'll Do:
- Own the configuration, optimization, and governance of Vanta's People tech stack.
- Design and maintain a coherent systems architecture across the People function.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a modern HRIS solution.
How to be successful:
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology with meaningful ownership of HRIS platforms.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Workday and demonstrated ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize systems.
- Strong understanding of HR systems architecture including how ATS, LMS, performance, and compensation tools connect.
