About the Opportunity:
- Join MoonPay as a Workday Engineer and play a key role in owning and evolving our Workday ecosystem
- Combining hands-on Workday configuration, operational support, integration development, automation, and system optimisation
- Act as the primary owner of Workday, ensuring the system runs reliably while continuously improving how it scales with the business
What You’ll Be Working With / On:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Employee Experience, IT, Finance, Compliance, and People Operations
- Configuring and optimizing core elements of system architecture such as compensation plans, benchmarking, competencies, and performance programs
- Provide hands-on support to the People Operations team and contribute to building scalable, well-documented HR technology solutions
