What You'll Be Working On:
- Own the entire customer journey, designing product and email experiences for each role and stage.
- Lead product-led growth by partnering with Customer Success and owning transactional email.
- Define and track adoption metrics to measure how quickly users realize value.
Your Background:
- Experience owning onboarding, expansion, or growth for a B2B SaaS product.
- Strong product taste and a growth philosophy rooted in deep thinking, not just A/B testing.
- Evidence of driving long-term growth results and excellent written communication.
