About the Role:
- Build and own GTM motion for DACH at an HR tech startup.
- Work with founding team and lead full sales cycle.
What You'll Do:
- Manage sales from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Develop and execute DACH GTM strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-6 years full-cycle B2B sales experience.
- Native German fluency and HR tech experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary €60k-90k annually.
