About This Role:
- Lead and scale revenue from individual donors.
- Accelerate growth, while also growing our bequests/legacy program from zero.
- Own the full individual donor revenue lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive individual giving growth
- Build and scale a bequests function
- Improve donor experience and lifecycle performance
What Success Looks Like in 12–18 Months:
- Measurable improvements in conversion, recurring donor share, retention, and donor lifetime value.
- A launched and growing bequests program with a hired lead and defined legacy pipeline.
- Sustained revenue growth building on our current ~30% year-over-year trajectory and contributing meaningfully toward our $55M 2026 target.
