Business Development Associate (BDA) India

Accountabilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs, challenges, and business requirements.
• Present and clearly explain the available talent and recruitment solutions to potential customers.
• Support lead generation, prospect qualification, and ongoing sales pipeline management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in the final year; studies in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline are advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
