Training Associate

Accountabilities:

• Communicate regularly with Campus Manager trainees, providing timely guidance and answering questions.
• Manage day-to-day activities to deliver effective training programs.
• Guide trainees in developing an entrepreneurial mindset and establishing foundations for their businesses.

Requirements:

• Bring at least 1.5 years of professional work experience in sales, training, HR, or related fields.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
• Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
